    I've ordered Viper oil filters many times online. This one looks different (image 4230). The information is on a label attached to the filter, not printed on the filter. Came in a box marked properly, but it's different. Box is marked 05037836ab -001.

    New Intermittent Whirring Sound - Clutch?

    I had a similar, soft intermittent whirring sound in September, and the shop replaced the belt, tensioner, and pulley. Now it's back. Very infrequent. This time I noticed that when I depress the clutch pedal it goes away. Thoughts?

    Intermittent whirring sound

    I'm hearing a soft whirring (woo-woo-woo) when sitting at idle. I don't hear it when I give it a little gas while stopped, and I don't hear it while driving (could be due to road noise).     No low beams

    I had an evap purge solenoid installed at the shop, and the next day I discovered I have no low beams. High beams and fog lights work. Is it possible that the mechanic might have dislodged a wire while he was working under the car installing the new part, or is that unlikely?

    PO441 Pending & PO443 Codes

    My '02 Viper had a PO 441 code last year and I cleared it. It didn't come back on until now (about 1500 miles since). This time I got a PO441-P accompanied by a PO443. The car runs great. I cleared both codes, but I'm unsure whether to continue ignoring the issue or take it to a shop for repairs.

    I've always used the OEM Viper oil filter (5037836AB) but I've been having difficulty finding them. When I do, they're running around $25 shipped, which seems overly expensive to me. Can someone recommend an alternate oil filter for Gen ll Vipers?

    Purge Harness Needed But Mopar Mixed up the Number

    Engine light comes on and code reader shows small emissions leak. I take it to the dealer and they run a smoke test. Test shows the purge valve and hose need to be replaced.
