Here's a few pictures of the wheels and tires for the rear of the car. The tires are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 345/30-20s and the wheels are Forgelines are 20" by 12" wide. The front tires will arrive in mid Jan, I will post a picture once they are all on Blucifer.- FST SNAKE

Thanks Proedge, we are working toward that. Hopefully early 2021 we will have it ready to make an attempt at it. We are working on the intercooler and ice box now, getting them positioned and the lines and pipes ran. I will post some more pictures once we have those items completed.- FST SNAKE

I have the rear 20" tires and I'm expecting the 19" fronts soon. The Forgeline wheels should arrive Monday. Refreshed heads etc are back on the car, other minor stuff done so we are closing in on the dyno/tuning session. We are working on the piping to route it in the best position and keeping the bends to a minimum. Hopefully we will wrap this part of the project soon so we can get the car on a dyno and start tuning for the big WHP and big speed.- FST SNAKE

Headers had a few small cracks that were repaired by Lakeland Speed and Custom and then Jamie had them recoated. I had the Greg Good heads off of Blucifer refreshed by Nelson Competition over in Pinellas Park Florida. Kris did a great job, checked everything form pushrods, lifters, rockers, valves and springs etc to make sure it was all in spec. The progress marches onward and I have had to switch to a sequential as I can't find a 6060 or T56 that has the gears I need along with the torque rating required. Thank you, I want the 275 but I'm also not afraid to lift if that's what the situation requires. Besides the little bit of tail wagging it's a very stable car, but of course every mph gets it closer to the edge of that. I will take great care to make sure it's a safe run.- FST SNAKE

Excellent thought, could take the tail wagging out of the car at higher speeds. I will look into that. I am looking into possible time in a wind tunnel and adding vertical fins will be on the list of options to run. I will let u know how it turns out. Thanks- FST SNAKE

My 05 need a tranny...Help
I have a 6060 from a Gen 4 I would sell. The T56s tended to be really notchy to me vs 6060s which are very smooth. Thanks for the input, I do rake the car prior to any runs. The front is lowered as much as possible and the rear is typically a few inches higher. I have some data from past runs that we use to make these adjustments. The tires obviously grow in height with the centrifugal forces acting on them...- FST SNAKE

Yea Steve I grew up in that timeframe too, cars still had carburetors, points and condensers, now I watch tuner plug in and make a few keystrokes, unplugs and tells me he added 200 more WHP. He did 199.648 in the 2.3 mile run and I think he broke 200 in the 2.7 mile. We were having issues by then so I didn't get to follow the other cars. The GT was stock so should have done low 200s I'm thinking.- FST SNAKE
