Yup, it's the exact same stuff. I got mine at JoAnn's.
With 6.5" subs it's not going to make that much of a difference. The cone surface area is not big enough to move much air. If you get an 8" or bigger sub it would make more of an impact.
The 6.5" JL sub will give you more bass than the stock full range speakers. But don't expect low frequencies down to 20hz if you're looking for that true "sub" woofer effect.
That's one of the necessary evils that a financially strapped company has to deal with. It's a case of the benefits outweigh the costs. They were way over saturated and now have no choice but to cut back and reduce. If you compare the number of Toyota dealerships to domestic it's a fraction...
Looks nice. Does it block the vent? I had my amps on there before too. Until I left it out in the sun for 20 mins. It got so hot the amps shut down and wouldn't power up.
Re: Nobody Wants to buy the Viper Plant
Why would they want the building? I sure wouldn't want an old decrepit building if I bought the brand and the tooling. But then again I don't have $10M to blow...
Re: Nobody Wants to buy the Viper Plant
Not when it's only worth 5 or $6M.
It looks like the sum of the parts are worth more than the whole. This is where Gordon Gekko comes in and buys the place then parts it out.
I don't think so. There IS a negative effect from too many dealerships.

In 1970 you could get a Plymouth Superbird for $2,000. What are they worth today?
Our cars are limited production collector classics. It won't stay like this forever.
When every car on the road runs on batteries and a gas station is hard to find our cars will be worth millions..... you'll see.
I had similar issues when I had my Roe. I thought it was a bad MAP sensor and replaced it but it kept doing the same thing. I figured out later that it was because it was not tightly mounted. With the Roe tubes in the way the MAP is only strapped on with zip ties. Make sure those are tight...
You would think that when they did the alignment they would have checked the suspension components right? So if there is nothing loose maybe it's in the power steering?
You can make a much higher impact by changing the equalization of the system. I've heard stock systems sound phenomenal just by how it's tuned. You will hear a little improvement with an amp and speaker change but to get the most impact you should change the head unit. Aftermarket EQ's have...
Lack of traction over the rear tires due to low fuel level. Have you ever spun when it was a full tank?
I've noticed that my traction is much better with a full tank of gas.
