    Rear differential replacement issues!!

I agree with this. There are several 4x4 Jeep shops in my area with tons of experience setting up the Dana 44, it's a big part of their business.

    Service engine soon light on

I handle this same situation 2 different ways, either just clear the code or I also have a spare air temp spacer to plug in the harness to run without the air box.

Wheel speed signal failure that changes locations check engine on

First thing I would try is battery disconnect/ connect. Make sure to have a window down or door open when you do it.

My Gen3 (no Paxton) had wheel hop until I installed poly bushings in the suspension, lower shock mounts, diff mounts, and motor mounts.

Loose harmonic balancer AND crank pulley

Blue good for 300 F, reds good for 500 F. So not a problem. I’ve recently started using the orange stuff for these type of applications.

Loose harmonic balancer AND crank pulley

Old school Mopar's, both big and small block, had a larger diameter crank snout. A large diameter and thick washer was required to attach the damper because the head of the bolt was too small to contact it. The torque on the bolt was reduced because the washer would deform instead of the bolt...

Loose harmonic balancer AND crank pulley

The worst offending Viper is the 2004 with its reduced size damper retaining bolt. Duramax diesels are infamous for this problem also.

    Oil Filter Recommendations

The earlier Viper oil filter 5037836AB has SAE threads while the later SRT filter 5038041AA has metric threads. The SRT filter is spec'ed for all Chrysler performance vehicles of the era so it's much easier to get. The 2 are not interchangeable.

05 SRT10 T56 to TR-6060 Trans swap what to expect

The driveshafts are identical, so a new yoke would work, but driveshafts are usually balanced as an assembly including the yoke. Also, the shop manual states that the u-joint straps on the rear axle need to be replaced. If you purchase a strap kit, be aware that the bolts used are metric...

05 SRT10 T56 to TR-6060 Trans swap what to expect

Yep, stock clutch. The GEN4 has a different clutch flywheel set up. Measuring from the bell housing to block mating surface to the throw out bearing mounting surface showed .125” more with the TR 6060. I used this spacer. https://www.tickperformance.com/slave-cylinder-shim-113/

05 SRT10 T56 to TR-6060 Trans swap what to expect

I’ve done it, new yoke and a spacer under the throw bearing to bring it back to where it was. Might work without it, but I didn’t chance it. Also an excellent time to put a shifter in, much easier when it’s sitting on the garage floor then up in the car. And a good time to go ahead and put a...

2009 Gen 4 running lights, head lights and turn signals are all turning on and I can't shut them off unless I disconnect Positive lead on the battery.

Reverse Lights Not Coming on (2006 coupe)

Unplug the switch on the trans, with the ignition on and in reverse (not running), 12v should be present on one of contacts in the connector. If there is, short the 2 contacts with a piece of wire and check the backup lights.
