Rear View Mirror position
Not that I am overly concerned about what is behind me as I am not one to live in the past.... As we have all noticed the rear veiw mirror is substantially blocked by the rear of the car. Gingerman Longest Day
Attended the Longest Day event at Gingerman Friday. Ran a 1.35. I got blackflagged for going too fast without a rollbar. Came in second behind the guy who just came off winning one lap of America. Lower rear end gear ratio question??
Has anyone played around with slightly shorter rear end gearing... Given this beast does 60 in 1st 88 in second 124 in third, and 157 in fourth, I have to believe that the 0-150 times would be improved bigtime. Short Throw Shift Linkage??? Lil Help...
One area that could improve track times by at least a couple of seconds would be a shorter shift linkage. Given you upshift about 30 times around the track, the stock shift linkage make for long throws... You could probably cut about .2 seconds off each shift and your talking about a 6 second...- Bob Pommer

Track Gas Mileage.... and the number is.......
FYI... Just for the curious. I ran 17.5 Gallons of gas in 71 miles at blackhawk farms yesterday with the Ferrari club... for a WHOPPING 4.05 miles per gallon..... the track was nice enough to have some 100 octane racing fuel for $5.50/gallon... Track Day at Gingerman
Got the SRT-10 on the track last Friday in the rain and dry and all I can say is WOW.... This thing is freakin amazing. I have some AWESOME in car video I will be posting shortly. 2000 RPM's in 1st gear...
2000 RPM\'s in 1st gear... Does anyone have an issue with trying to drive along at around 2K on the tach in 1st gear and the engine rpms "bounce" back and forth between 2300 and 1900.
