    How can you trust a dyno that gives you such a huge range of HP (378-445 RWHP)between runs? There's over a 60 RWHP difference between first and last runs.

    Has anyone encountered a new Mercedes E55?

    If anyone wants to race just for fun, I have a black 2004 E55 (bone stock) that I'd be happy to race with. I haven't raced a Viper head to head yet, but this E55 *is* faster than my 99 GTS was (even with smooth tubes, K&N filter, and straight pipes.)

    Just flipped to the dark side

    Eric, If you don't mind my asking, what did you pay for it? I've seen that GTS in his store. I sincerely hope you didn't pay more than $60,000. (I just sold my black GTS (at the left) with similar mods and miles and in MINT condition for $58,000)

    High Idle

    What would cause a high idle on a 99 GTS? It is idling around 1500 rpms. Also, it seems to be hesitating sometimes when cruising along at about 2500 rpms. (Doesn't matter if A/C is on or off.)

    Sorry, I can't give you any advice on that. My 99 GTS hasn't seen a drop of rain in 12 months.

    Suggestion: Regional Topics

    I'd like to see some regional forums similar to LS1.com's. For example: Northern members, Southern members, Eastern members, Western members, and Midwestern members. It would be a nice way to possibly get to meet some members you didn't know lived near you.
