They have a good connection with a smog place in that area that works with Vipers...

    I'm guessing low 10's with that Vip-Air you have installed. In all seriousness you should be in the mid 12's stock. With the mods you have, I'd consider very low 12's/high 11's a good run.

    Very true! Hate to admit it, but they are Japanese wheels :) I guess your decision now is black chrome or black powder coating? I'd be real interested to see what you end up with, I still have my set of '02 OEM wheels, might be something I decide to do at some point.

    Hmm, that looks like an '08... I might be a little intimidated! Anything in mind? Would be nice to get a day at the track. Maybe there's an open track day some place close? I've been to Thunderhill a few times, it's not too far north of Sac on 5, could be fun to get a group of Vipers together...

    Hmm, I think it looks good! Very unique (don't see it much). You could take those pics from viperalley and do a little photoshop magic with a pic of your car to get a good idea. As for value... hard to say. You can get a set of decent shape OEM wheels for about $1000 if you ever need to replace...

    Great advice. However, there is a corollary... if you don't want to be disappointed when you drive your Viper on the streets, don't ever take it to the track!
