Nice, a 10.58 he must be a good driver as well as having a powerful snake, congratulations! What other car can you do basic bolt on's like headers and exhaust, then add some nitrous and turn mid 10's? None that I know of, what a car!!

You are right, that is the million dollar question. I can provide you with the answer for under $ 2500.00

I could come out and say(like everyone else) that its just a 100 hp shot, but the truth is its more. The key is not the horsepower but the torque. This car has made over 900 FT/LBS of rear wheel torque and the dyno sheet for it is on my site. This kind of torque in conjunction with stock cast pistons is no fluke. Its the correct amount of each component of a well thought out design. We made dozens of passes with this car as well as several street romps with no ill effects whatsoever. We will be removing the heads next week and will document and take pics of how the internals look for all you skeptics.

If the customer wants to divulge the amount of horsepower gain he has, that is up to him. I never see competitors customers posting their gains. Lets just revell at the amazing e.t. that this stock 2001 Viper layed down.

To clarify, as in the original post by Larry, The ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, REAR END, COMPUTER, etc, are all STOCK with no modifications whatsoever.

The car has the following bolt-on mods.

Headers/exhaust
Nitrous Oxide Injection
Air Intake Kit

Thats it. We will be doing a head swap on this car over the next few weeks which will be the first time that the valve covers have been removed since new.

You getting yours back soon i hope! It seems like you have been "jonesing" alot lately! LOL

Doubtful. Hard to get the power needed to run that kind of run down on radials. It has been done, though. I've seen it on a car with similar mods. SO, what tires were they running?

OMG, yes Tom, I'm going nuts like you wouldn't beleive..

My COMPLETLEY STOCK 700+HP car is coming VERY soon.... ALL STOCK MOTOR COMPONENTS!! Except, headers, catback, and BOLT-ON supercharger... Now I just need to learn how to drag race.

We have rented Orlando SpeedWorld for the day on December 21st. And I hope to find out if my 2001 "Cream Puff" has any more MPH and E/T left in it.

After that I plan to make the following mods to the car in an attempt at busting into the 9's.

BTR Viper Stage 3 Heads
BTR Viper Stage 3 Cam
T&D Roller Rockers
2nd Stage of NOS/Propane

And just to be safe, I am also going to replace the cast pistons.

I'm having trouble believing that run was done with the stock half-shafts

I'm assuming the additional mods were:

<LI>Complete Custom Wheel drag race set with ET Streets or slicks, and front skinnies

With NOS and Slicks,Looks good.
Most amazing to me is NOS(150?shot) with the 01's hyper-u-shouldntusenitrous pistons.I'm working on a soft shot set up for Butch-the-snake.
Gotta like another nitrous success story!
