06 Raffle Ticket Question?

I have a VCA membership # but it is not up to date, am I still eligible to purchase tickets and win the car?

What do you mean "up-to-date?" If you mean you haven't
heard word from ViperHQ then you're fine so long as you
have proof of submitting dues. If your membership is out of
date, even by a day, I think you can buy tickets, but you
won't be eligilbe to win.

If you pay your dues, get your VCA membership reactivated, then you can participate in the raffle. Not before.
