The nav is so they won't lose their way going around the track! I hear finding your way around those can get pretty tricky!

if you get the ********* package it has no radio at all, so no nav...

The NAV might actually be useful for One Lap of America; don't they have to drive to multiple tracks and venues in different states under fairly tight schedules?
