Maisto,Burago, and Autoart make some of the best IMHO...
Now a days since they are out of production, you must resort to Ebay, they have alot of them, 1/18, 1/24. 1/32. 1/43, and so on...it is like a candy store to me.....
The most detailed B/W GTS are the Brookfield Collectors Guild Models. You can catch them on ebay from time to time, depending on the edition, the price ranges from $60.00 to $140.00.
The body is constructed from the same material the actual car is made of. The engine compartment, seats and undercarriage are also highly detailed. The only incorrect detail is they have side exhaust. I assume the were replicating the GTS Prototype, which did have side exhaust.
Yes, I found it. Scale 1:25.
And yes, it's the concept. Gray interior, different bumper and sidepipes. Even though it says "1997".
I have never seen that car in person unfortunately, but a lot of 1:24 / 1:25 manufacturers have awesome quality and detail work.
Take Franklin Mint for instance.
So yeah, that would be an alternative.
