You are way too fast already so we didn't figure you needed the extra 10hp. Seriously, suspect it is a misprint or they just use the same listing for both models. Frankly it's probably just yours that is detuned, Senor Speedy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Milder cam????? What the hell is that all about? So we can get an extra 1 mpg on the freeway? Didn't the 2000s have a milder cam (compared to the '96-'99s) also?

I was curious if anybody knew why the window sticker on my 2001 ACR only rates 450hp/490lb. ft? Aren't the ACRs supposed to have 460/500? It does still come with the K&Ns and smooth tubes.

Also, why did the highway mileage go from 20mpg in 2000 to 21mpg in 2001? I know the motor and gearing is the same, so is the computer different? We're still getting nailed for $3000 in gas-guzzler taxes, so why was it changed?

Paul, the milder cam grind was introduced in order to reduce NGR (Neutral Gear Rattle) by reducing the amount of engine lope. I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE LOPE. NGR never bothered me, wish they had not changed the cam grind (however; a more aggressive grind would have been ok).
