2002 Viper Stereo Replacement

I have an 09 Challenger with an in-dash NAV/SAT stereo, and would love to have a similar set up in the 02 Viper. But, I don't want to cut the dash all up. Has anyone done a stereo unit exchange with a NAV/SAT radio unit?

Any help is most appreciated.

I know there are some that have done it on a Gen 2 with the motorized screen that I believe fits in the standard location without hacking.

Wow thats a nice set up, Im thinking of getting a motorised head unit, but keeping the stock speakers. I like the rear camera idea Ile be able to see the CORVETTE guys then
