2010 - removing rear quarter panels on a coupe

Looking for guidance removing rear 1/4 panels on a coupe, all visible screws are remove, silicone has been cut where seen. Feels pretty secure still. Does the roof have to be loosened to remove?
Any guidance would be of great help.

Think I found the culprits

Make sure to find the hidden one on the bottom of the door sill. Usually covered up by foam insulation. Also the one just lateral/behind the seat.

Found all the screws, and glue points, panel is off but pretty tight squeeze to remove especially there the top of the 1/4 meets the roof panel, the Jesus(no offense, unsure of proper name) clips seem to hang up on the roof panel
