Anybody running PS2s in 295/30 18 up front? Yes I know they are Porsche spec rear tires but I heard that some guys
are running them and like them with the Viper spec 345/30 19 on the back.

There is a PS2 Porsche spec ( N4) in 295/35/18. I would go with that size instead..

That is the size that I run when I have to run street tires during my track days. The car drives very well. (my opinion) It works better that the stock sized PS2's.

I have found them cheaper from time to time that the viper spec 275 PS 2's. Thats what made me try them initially.

Kind of tall at 26.1 in vs 25.7 for the 275/35 and 25.0 for the 295/30. Jon B told me all the guys he sold the 295/30 to liked them.

How do the 295's track on the street compared to the 275's? My car is a street car but I'm considering tracking it some this spring. My worry with the wider tires is that it makes the rut following even worse.

I don't know about the series on the P spec tires, so I can't comment on which is correct. I run 295/30/18's up front though and love them. No issues whatsoever. I also run 295's up front in R6's at the track and think I'm probably going to go with 305's next time.
