1995 Viper RT/10 [*****] Venom 600 sold at Barrett-Jackson for $50,000.
Interesting comments though. Viper not at collector car status, but still used car status with the sole exception of the 1998 GT2 car (1 of 100). They really do not seem to recognize the [*****] package as any value at all, in fact they make it out as it really hurts the car's value. Original with full paperwork or nothing.
My thought is that if ODB-III is as "big brother" as everyone states. It will be about 5 years after ODB-III introduction that the Vipers will start to take off as collector cars.
Kind of interesting comments though the commentators definitely do not know everything about what they have coming across the block.
Two more Vipers still cross the block in the auction yet this year. One is a 2002 FE coupe.
