A friend of mine is seriously considering it & owner wants 60K firm.

Do you think it's a fair price???

steve katz buddy is selling a 96gt which is the one most prefer for around mid 50's. adam just bought his with 1k miles and paid $57 with full belanger exhaust and nos.

THERES A 96 BL/WH GTS IN UPSTATE TOO WITH 7700 MILES WHICH CAN BE GOT FOR 55-56 AND I BELIEVE IT ALREADY HAD CAM DONE AS WELL AS EXHAUST... I WAS LOOKING AT THAT ONE AND IT WAS CLEAN... Skeeter looked at it for me..Its in Scotia Motors in upstate ny..Owner of dealership owns it...

My buddy has a 96 bl/wh with 7400 miles and he will sell it for 55,000 he isnt advertising it but he has a bug to get the new coupe.I have seen the car and drove it its realy realy clean.

I would try to talk him down to around 56k or so, however its only 4 grand and that is one hell of a car to find

too much if i were buying wouldn't offer more than $55k if i was selling i would start at that asking price as well though, it is probably not a firm 60k

My '97 B/W isn't really in the same league mileage-wise...But I paid 47K w/16K miles a year ago, FWIW...

'97 b/w with that mileage,stock,excellent condition(guessing it is) is worth every penny...if it wasn't,there wouldn't be so many post's on b/w '96's and '97's. if you can find a b/w with low mileage for under $60k, buy it. i wouldn't sell my '96 for $60k with 2600 miles. can't be replaced.
