The Atlanta Region of the SCCA is hosting the American Road Race of Champions. They have invited Viper Racing League Drivers & Cars. All VRL cars will run in the ITO Class. I spoke with the Race Chair today & he never mentioned having a SCCA Liscense was needed, A Viper Racing Comp Liscense & Rules were all that was needed.
