ABS/Engine light and missing/stallling

Interesting scenario today....

New SRT10 with LESS THAN 900 MILES. Driving under normal conditions at 40 MPH when ABS light starts flashing....engine light comes on. Speedo goes to zero (as I am moving) and car starts missing and starts to lose power.

Pull over...it stalls. Restart and same thing. Put it in gear and it will barely go without sputtering and stalling. Pull over and let it sit a while. It starts right up (check engine light and ABS light still on. ABS light is flashing. Still sputtering and missing. Baby it home and park it in the garage. It's off to the dealer this week.

Anyone care to take a whack at this one???

Additional: Throwing P1719 code. (P1719 Skip Shift Solenoid Circuit). I have the CAGS delete mod. Don't know if that matters. .

It does if the skipshift mod was shorting the switched ignition circuit to ground... or if the skip's internal resistor is a full short. It'll knock down all the modules you are mentioning.
