ACR delivered new with damaged wheels

Three of the wheels and one of the tires are damaged. The damage on the inside of the wheels looks like it could have been caused by careless tire mounting. The left rear tire is torn on the inside with a small piece of rubber flapping around. The two rear wheels are also damaged on the outside, one could be tire mounting, the other defies description. None of it is curb damage. Anticipating some questions: Mfg. March 2001, delivered to me new July 2002, sat in my garage until August 2003 when I discovered the damage while the A/C was being repaired. Anyone have similar experience?

If a "normal" person can't see the damage and you didn't see it when you bought the car, I wouldn't let it bother you.

Inside damage could have been caused when the car was driven onto the lift or a wide carlift portable jack was used.

That would be my story and I'd stick to it....LOL

And so you expect somebody to pay for damage that is over a year old?
