I had custom alum. vents in a few of my Street Rods, & moisture formed on them from the cold air, & needed cleaning after awhile . I've seen some vents chrome plated & looked pretty good. Try a street rod co. like Vintage Air. Good luck :drive:

These are the only guys that manu quality interior products. If you can't find what you're looking for, I'd try PartsRack and see what JonB might be able to dig up.

I agree w/ City on these 2 MFRs, as well as RealWheels (Stainless) but only one of them makes aluminum A/C vents. JKnapp I sent you an email

A good body shop can prep the OEM vents and spray the right paint (with proper sheen and color) to come close to a nickel type finish. Automotive paint is designed for a wide variety of temps.
