Hi All,

Just curious how long it should take to replace the radiator and thermostat in a 2001 GTS? Dealership is quoting two days.

Thanks in advance,

Nice long day will do it. Of course things like one of the t-stat housing studs breaking off and of course cleaning places you could not otherwise get to will turn it into a nice easy weekend. Manifold R&R is really straight-forward, and if to tilt the top of the radiator back towards the t-bodies you can get it in and out without messing with the hood hinges. Two people really helps on the radiator install and I suggest doing it while the intake is still off so you do not have to worry about hitting the t-bodies.
