Don't kill me here, but I bought a kerosene tube type heater that blows the heat. I had a propane one and liked that but it seemed to go through fuel pretty quickly which can be expensive at $20 per tank. So I bought the one above. I noticed a kerosene smell and was wondering if that will eventually stink everything up. I thought Kerosene was suppose to burn clean?

Thanks

Kerosene heaters do stink. Your supposed to be able to tune them to burn more effeciently to cut down on the exhaust, but I have never had any luck doing it. At the end of the day everything will stink, including your clothes and your breath (lungs).

I'm starting to figure that out. They do stink. I just don't want the interior of my viper smelling like it, But I guess I could keep the garage door open to air things out afterwards.
