Any Moorpark, California - Viper owners???

Hey, I was at Country Club Estates in Moorpark, California, and saw two Viper in the same day.
First, is a Blue with White stripes on Nelson Way.

The second, was a Yellow (caould not tell if it was a RT/10 or GTS), going down on Championship Drive.

Semms like a nice place to play golf!
