Anybody have left side sill for 1996 and up available?

We recently bought a damaged 2002 GTS that slid off the road into a tree. The driver was ok, but the side sill is unrepairable.
The condition of the sill does not have to be perfect. It can be damaged, as long as it's light and repairable.
We're probably going to turn this car into a drag / show car as the owner had already invested in a lot of the parts necessary for drag racing (bellhousing shield, roll bar, belts, Unitrax extreme halfshafts, safety loops, internal motor mods, Supercharger, etc..).
If anyone knows of a driver side sill, or has one around, please point me in that direction.

I have pair that was replaced under warranty due to yellowing on my black 00GTS.
My friendly Jeep dealer let me keep the old one.

What would be a fair price for the pair?
