Tracey,

the roe manifold will look different depending which version you get, there has always been an airflow problem with a couple of cylinders so each rev of the maifold has different attempts at fixing the problem, until it finally works properly you are to trim the fuel to the offending cylinders.

CarlB's intake illustrates an important issue: Oil in intake.

He was using the stock PCV system and likely he had detonation issues ....

Guys, when you install a supercharger remove that stupid plastique pipe in the front, and remplace it with a K&N breather. If the stock PCV is connected to the supercharger's intake, the Supercharger acts like a vacuum cleaner and ***** the oil out of the engin no matter what you do.

Not exactly, but thanks.
That one has the intake mounted to the bottom already.
I wanted to see the screws and the structure of the S/C's bottom side.

So, does the deflector make a difference? Does it help to get more air to the #10 hole? Should the earlier chargers be modified for better performance? Where is Sean when you need him? :D

It must be there to help correct this issue?!?
It is designed to control air flow, that's pretty obvious.
