Anyone know spec. difference between Motorola Cup and Speedvision GT Vipers?

among many things, tire size 335 18 rear 305 18 front (m/cup) vs 315 17 rear 275 17 front (w/c), wheel width open in m/c vs 17x9.5 fr 17 x11 rear in w/c, hoosiers instead of bfg's, no restrictors in m/cup, stock glass, flywheel, lights in m/cup vs lexan, lightweight flywheel, no headlights in w/c, and a much more lienent tech director (towards the viper, at least last season) in m/cup.

Thanks, John. As a casual spectator of both series, it seemed to me that the Motorola car was less restricted (penalized?).
