H-spoke, 5-spoke, 6-spoke?

If they are not clear coated, I'd guess you could polish them up to a super nice shine if you put your mind to it? Anyone have a recommendation for polishing procedure?

The reason I ask is I'm looking at an out of state car and the pictures of the rims show them looking a little scratchy.

Thanks!!

The factory wheels have a powder coated clear coat over a polished aluminum. It can be buffed like paint but cannot be "touched up" if it is damaged. The wheels need to be completely stripped and redone if there is road rash, expect to pay about $150 per wheel.

Thanks for the info. Do you think the wheel in the attached photo (assuming that worked) will buff up? I know it's hard to tell from a photo.

Thanks again!

Boy that is a horrible picture to work with... Can't see any road rath so I would think it would be able to be buffed out.

Thanks Mark for this very helpful info as I was going to use a metal polish for the wheels but will stick to just an auto paint polish.
