Hey guys, I know this might not be the right forum but I figure the most people will read it here. My father's in the minivan business. Anyways, one of the leasing companies he deals with has a 99 GTS up for bidding this week. It has higher km's and is repainted I believe. I'll copy & past the exact specs. I dont know what its worth, but I know they want somewhere around $60g's (cdn). If anyone is interested I may be able to help them out as this car isnt avail to the public. Here's the details.

I don't think you'll be getting any takers here... $46,000 USD for a GTS w/ 50,000 miles on it AND crappy paintwork isn't a good deal.

I personally didnt think it was worth that much. I would pay probably around $40g's cdn. My dad talked to one of the guys there and they said they wanted around 60g's. Just thought i'd let some ppl know in case they were interested. Viper prices in Canada are too high :( Looking at some wholesale reports an 02 GTS w/ 1k miles went for like $54k USD :(

Now THAT would be a good deal, I think... 02 GTS with virtually no miles for $20k less than new... did you see that one sell in Canada for that low? Did you think that was high???

no the one for 54k USD went at the Manheim Auto Auction in the US. I thought it was damn cheap. The same car here would retail for like $85g's cdn or so. Vipers are quite rare up here :( maybe next summer (2005) I'll pick up an srt/10 ;)

Ahh, that makes more sense.

I was in Toronto last week on business for the second time in the last 6 months. I'm NOT surprised Vipers aren't up there in the Toronto area... weather is cold, and the drivers are maniacs :)
