Belanger + Corsa - Cats = LOUD!!!!!!

Holy crap!!!!!

This things sounds like a damn race car. Just down right nasty. Idles like a top fuel dragster (well almost and WOT is scary loud!!!!

I love it. If you like race car loud and can live w/o cats, this is the way to go.

Wow, just wow!!!!!!


Just one question, does it really matter that the upstream O2 sensors bungs are in the 3rd header tube?

Actually, try borlas instead of Corsas. Then it really sounds like a race car after 3k RPM

Belanger-cats with the Belanger mufflers is a deeper and a little louder sound than the Corsa. The Corsa is raspier. Belangers really rumble.

Belanger muffler = Walker 3" x 18" Race Bullets. You can get them anywhere for about $45 each.

As for the front O2s........to sense properly, they should be in the collector area so the O2 is averaging 5 cylinders instead of just one. Is anything likely to go wrong if it's in the 3rd tube? Not likely, but the proper place is the collector.

Just took my cats off my GTS (rear 02 sims installed). Stock headers with Corsa 3" cat backs. Started on the jack stands and sounds pretty "aggressive". I'll be interested as to how it sounds under load on the road....Yippie!!
