BLASPHEMY! (but I like it anyway)

Among the many Viper-related things we have done in the past few days (800 miles, TV time, etc.), yesterday included our annual fundraiser to help Big Brothers Big Sisters at the Kansas Speedway. My old SRT-10 was there, looking as good as ever. Here it is with our current SRT:

And you know what? Just knowing how Jim & Karen are, this decal couldn't be more appropriate. It may be blasphemy in the Viper world, but I like it!

I first thought the same thing - it's a shadow. I would pull that part off, but that's just me...

Bill Watterson, the creator of Calvin and Hobbes HATES all the fake reproduction of this comics. He wholly ownes ALL of the rights to his work... ANY Calvin and Hobbes stuff you see out there is ILLEGAL. His nightmare is for his work to be "Garfield-ized".

Yep, I know the publishers of Calvin & Hobbes here in Kansas City and how rampant the "illegal" stuff is. Note that 95% of the decals on trucks where you see a kid taking a **** on another brand (Chevy, Ford, etc.) is Calvin once again. Even see those for sale in stores.

Anyway, I sent the owner a link to this thread - not for the copyright issue but for the puddle: He plans to remove the shadow/puddle when he gets home and appreciates the positive feedback. He expected more outrage from all of us "proper" Viper owners, but we surprised him. So far.
