Blue With White Stripes RT-10??

Was there any year when there was a FACTORY RT-10 Blue with White Stripes like the 96' GTS'? This may be a stupid question but I've heard there was and the was not. Thanks

Absolutely! '97 ... just a handful (53). Blue steering wheel and parking brake lever as well!

There's a blue '97 with stripes down the street from me. Owned by Craig Jackson, (Barrett - Jackson) and I think Bob Z told me he got one a few months ago.

By body color - repeat BODY color- as a factory offered color, it is the rarest Viper. Next, Red 97 RT/10.

The 3 "gold package" GTS are a stripe/trim color. {1 totalled)
The 1 all-blue 97 RT was an Exec 1-off .
The 3 white 96 GTSs were Exec 1-offs.
The 2 white-wheel 96 GTSs were Exec 1-offs.

The one 1998 RT "smoothie" is certainly a case for a more rare Viper, but THAT was not offered as a factory body style! It was a 'lucky mistake' that we actually discovered on the VCA site !

I have since heard that there may be a small handful of OEm 1998 SMOOTHIES. Maybe 5 ? Id love to hear from an original owner of a 1998 RT smoothie.........

I believe he is talking about the hood being smooth.
