Braille lightweight batteries

In the lambopower.com message forums I discovered a company who makes lightweight carbon fiber batteries and was wondering if anybody here had experience with these? Specifically, would they fit in a Gen III viper? Here is the site:

They have several different sizes to choose from. It appears that this could provide some significant weight reduction for our snakes (they weigh only 15 lbs versus the stock battery which probably weighs close to 40 lbs).

Even their biggest one weighs only 21 pounds.

I think that the carbon fiber ones are a waste, however, as the only difference I can tell between the cf and their standard ultralight batteries is cosmetic. Because our batteries are hidden, it seems like these would be a better option:

anyone know the weight of the stock batt and this other companies batt. or the difference between the two. Also race batteries dont have the long term capcity to hold charge like a standard one, do they? Are they completly sealed like the factory ones? I have been told that even DCX replacement batteries are not a completely sealed unit like factory installed units, is this true.
