I've been reviewing the year-to-year features from http://www.viperclub.org/menus/index_ivr_features.htm
& noticed that the wording on the brake calipers were changed back to "VIPER" in '94. There is also a "Trivia" note that the "RT/10 calipers were originally intended for BUX Vipers only, once they were all used up, the "Viper" calipers returned.".
Two things here:
1) My '95 has the "RT/10" wording instead of the "VIPER" wording. From what I am understanding by reading the feature listings, after '94, the calipers should be "VIPER". I am pretty sure that I have seen other '95's that have had the "RT/10" as well. So, is this listing false?
2) What is a "BUX" Viper?

Just curious...

Thanks!

1) I think that most of the Gen1s had RT/10 on the calipers - I remember that my '93 did. Calipers can be changed out for different reasons - either under warranty, or a used takeoff set swapped for the originals.

2) I'm not sure what "BU" stands for, bux "X" is for Export.
