Calendar updates

How do events get added to the VCA Calendar at National Calendar | Viper Club of America Calendar System Over the next several months, I only see events for Colorado, Gateway, and Minnesota regions. Is it the regional officers who can update this calendar or only someone from HQ? It would be great to have all the events in a single place with hyperlinks to the forum post that has details about registration, etc.

Runner....do the regions add the events to their own Sub Calendar and then it shows up on the National calendar?
