I had the wheels on my 94 Chrome plated, it should be no problem having yours done.

The wheels and center caps are made of aluminum.

The phone number is (714) 871-2490 ask for Bob Perez.

They charged $90 each on the fronts and $95 each on the rears plus shipping. (Shipping both ways was $150 for me, I'm in St.Louis, MO) $520 my total cost (plus mounting and balancing the tires).

I think you are going to find that your center caps are plastic so I'm not sure what to do about plating them.

If they are plastic, I've got the name and number of a Plating shop in FL that does hard Chrome plating on plastic. I had them Chrome plate some 71 'Cuda headlight rings (which are made of plastic). It's not cheap but it can be done. E-Mail me if you need the info.
