I am 6'4" and currently looking at a '02 gts. Have not actually sat in it, but don;t want to make trip if I can't fit. I know these are not the most comfortable cars(don't care!), but could I really even drive it? Willing to sacrifice some comfort for incredible car. Can seat modifications be made easily? Thanks.

Width is a bigger problem than height in this car. Most tall people are lowering their seat and all is well. Id say 6'4" would be no problem.

If you're not too wide, the 6'-4" won't be a problem. The seat lowering kits are easily available and the pedals are adjustable. Come play with us!

I'm 6'6". I fit OK before the 2" seat lowering kit, but you might turn off the headlights with your knees if you don't lower the seat.
I fit OK, but had to lower the seat to use a helmet for track days. I have driven 900 mile days and I can still walk.
The 02 will ride much better than my 96!
Just buy it..
I'll talk ya thru the lowering kit installation so you can get the maximum from it!

Get it soon, join VCA, register for VOI8, and practice at limit to show off your new found skills in SEPT. The time/training I received at VCA/regional events was gladly given more than taken. Hope you have some speed experience.

sparty116, I'm 6'3" 285 and wery thick hips, sit very high in the seat.(long upper body!)(Yes I'm A freak!!) I bought my 2001 GTS with the intent of lowering the seat and had Bill Pemberton (Woodhouse Dodge)ship a 2" lowering kit with the car. I drove the car a week or two before lowering the seat. My head touched the roof and my knee was in the dash! With the seat lowered I fit like the car was made for me! I do have to tilt my head slightly with a helmet on. To answer your question, you'll fit fine with the seat lowered and you will be very glad you bought a Viper!!! SammyV
