Not sure if this is what you mean, but in my '96 service manual: 1,3,5,2,4,6. When you say offset, do you mean the camber?

Bolt pattern is 6 on 4.5

For back spacing/offset take your OE wheel, lay it face down, put a straight edge across the back of the wheel. Then measure from the center hub that contacts the rotor, to the straight edge.

I think this is what you are asking for, someone correct me if I am wrong.
