Please read this post. Be careful how you give carfax's. Unfortunately because you posted the ser #, whover gives you a carfax will more than likely loose their carfax subscription.

Carfax is accurate about 60% of the time- don't just rely on a report to make up your mind 
. Knowing the owner and the circumstances is usually the safest bet.

You said is SSunburn. The carfax on one of my cars (not the Viper) is completely wrong about a lot of items, showing multiple owners when I am the original owner.
I contacted them to have the matter resolved and they were completely unhelpful. Even offered to send them a copy of the new car bill of sale and they could care less.
The service is one of many items you should use, but relying on it as fact is a mistake.
