Car Show 10/02/05: Shelby Twp, MI: Anyone Showing/Going

Anyone going to the Shelby Township Lions Annual Charity Car Show? The show is October 2nd at 21 Mile Road and the M53 (Van **** freeway).

There are usually between 600 and 700 cars. SIXTYTWO classes will be judged!

sounds good! What are the times that it runs? Several of us will be coming back from the Leelana Winery Tour on that day and we could swing by.

HIsserman, if you show up after 10:00am you'll be good. The info I have says gates open at 8:00am. However I believe that's for participants.

I'm been to the show before and it basically runs all day. Lot's of great cars.

I might bring my car out..Do I need to pre register..I ma not interested in judging but I would like to get a good parking spot..Any contact info would be appreciated.

Registration is $15. You can register the day of the event. If you pre-register you will be placed in a drawing for a trip for two to Las Vegas. Registration form can be found at:

Registering will be the only way to get a good parking spot. Over 600 cars are registered every year and spectator parking is in an adjacent lot.
