Nice. Best part is Paolo doesn't sleep so you can call him for help anytime.
Did you have a target HP/TQ ?

Carl, I am glad to see you got it all through customs!

I still cannot believe they let you take it all on the plane!

It was great meeting you and Simon, I know you guys will do an exquisite install!

I figure the install should take about 20-30 min........... LOL!

I am sure we will be on the phone for quite a bit in the next few months!

Talk to you soon!

Nice layout BTW, Paolo

you will have a BLAST with that setup. It looks like a lot to install but its really not that bad and it does NOT require any cutting of the frame, etc like the other kits out there. Plus, the turbos look badass when you pop the hood and they arent tucket away.... oh, and they make a lot of power at low boost and keep the tq all the way through the rpm band.... cant go wrong with it

enjoy!

looks like a well made kit. not too sure about that brass bit in the middle of the picture tho, kinda spoils the look.

whats the story with the root beer ? is it some kind of secret weapon in the quest for more power !

or just to cool the bearings on the dyno after your run.

The brass thing _looks_ like a fuel pressure regulator. I have one in black b/c it matched better.

BTW - I see the headers in the pic... they are behind the couch. :)

For anyone thinking about the kit, i can attest to the durability and the design. it is second to none.

P's been workin' hard and at this point I can safely say that ALL of the kinks are worked out. The 1st gen had a few small issues. the 2nd gen had some small ones. The 3rd gen was perfect (which is what I have) and the 4th gen, which is what Carl has, is by far the nicest set-up yet!

You will want to include both Dobson loopbacks and keep the Raswell valve about 50% closed during the initial purge.

Removing the cross breather can improve both the preset ignition curve and the coil firing sequence, but not both if the intercooler is operating at more than 120 degrees (i.e. as Open Loop approaches Lambda or when octane is less than 94 at ambient housing pressures).

How does the air get to the intercoolers? Do you have to remove the fog lights?

Carl, I didn't realize this was you at first, I want to say it was a pleasure dealing with you and your dad. I will try to make you proud with some good #'s and definitely give your wheels a new home.
Good luck with your build, it's looking awesome!!!

It wouldn't matter if you did, air wouldn't flow through there anyway (without some additional facia ducting to break the boundry layer). Open the exit path and it will find it's way through (mostly being directed from the main facia opening)...
