\"Certified\" used Vipers

Some used cars are "certified" by their manufacturer and usually they have an extended warranty when you buy them.

I have a 00GTS that I lease and I want to renew/buy the car when my lease expire in a few months.

How can I get my Viper "certified" at the end of the lease in order to have the "free" extended warranty?

I lease a Jaguar and the Sales Manager told me that when my lease end, they will "certify" it and i will be able to release/buy it for the residual value with all the benefits of a "certified" car.

There is not a program like this for Vipers. You can purchase a Ext. Service Contract on the car, and since certified cars carry a hidden charge for said check-up, it would work just as well.
