\"Click\" felt through Brake pedal on 1998 GTS

Is this normal. upon medium load braking to heavy load braking, I can feel a "click" in the brake pedal. Is this normal? My viper tech says it's a valve or something evening out the front and rear brakes. Or is this a abnormal?

Did you have these types of problems with your 94 RT?

Seriously, though, I have never felt a click upon braking and I just spent the weekend at Texas Motor Speedway. Best of luck getting it corrected.

Just your normal warranty issues and questions Kurt.....

Now be quiet and roll your windows up and .., oh wait... sorry..

No really seriously, I was wondering if it was normal or not. If others don't feel it, I'll let the tech look at it.
Before warranty issues run out, unlike my 1994, I'm making sure that car is TSB free.
If I remember correctly, I had side sill pitting that the dealer wouldn't take care of
I had hood cracks that the dealer or Dodge wouldn't touch
My car leaked like a bucket with holes, etc, etc, .. But it sure was fast and nice in the sun.!

I have a suggestion. Mine "clicks" when I crank the wheel hard either way. Discovered it's the brake line in the front that is slipping out of the clamp that holds it to the frame. Look at the point where the hard brake line transitions to a rubber hose behind each front wheel. There is a clamp that holds it to the frame there.

Again, I have never felt or heard a click upon braking on mine.

Check out what Jay mentioned with the brake line. Good luck getting it fixed and let us know what it turns out to be.

See, that's the problem. I don't know if it's a problem.. Tech said it was normal..
Now others on the board say it's not supposed to do that.. Oh well. The tech thinks I'm a stinker, I keep telling him things and he's like,

"how do you know it's not supposed to do that?"
me "The VCA board members advised me it's not normal"
hehe

What a great board!
Trust me, that car is under factory warrany, I'm getting EVERYTHING looked at.. And I mean EVERYTHING!
