Clutch Kits w/Alignment tool

I read on here about the different clutch kits people are buying. What I would like to know is, if the clutch alignment tool that you get with these kits actually work well enough to align the thing up. I have seen too many of these plastic pieces that don't do a very good job and I have to remove the plate a couple of times to get it lined up. If your kit does come with a good tool, what kit (brand) are you using?

All of the alignment tools I've used have sucked. What works for me has been either a spare tranny input shaft (works perfect) or a friend of mine had an infinity tool (not sure which car) that worked well.
