Coolant Leak?

I was workimg in the shop today so I put the cover on the Viper then when I was done a few hours later I went to take the cover off and there was a large puddle of coolant under the car. I lifeted the hood and it appears the heater supply hose is leaking were the rubber is crimped to the steel tube. Anyone else have this happen? I have not driven the car in three weeks it seems odd that this would happen just sitting there and to have such a large puddle in the matter of wo hours.
