Cooling fan rattle and noise?

Hi Guys,

I have a 2004. Since the weather has heated up and the humidity here, it seems when my temp reaches over 200,I get a rattle and shake from the front area. It cools the temp down, then will do it again at that temp. The fan seems to be running fine prior to this, but does it kick in to high speed at this temp? Has anyone experienced this? Do I have to change out everything with that fan setup (Pump, fan, shroud ,etc)? Thanks for y'alls help.

Cooling module needs to be replaced. The fan is out of ballance. Try running it with the A/C on, should shake all the time.

Yes, I looked at the blades carefully, and where they join the ring around them there is a piece cracked off. I'm sure that is what is putting it out of balance. Bummer when all you need is the fan, you have to do a $600-700 module!!
