I wouldn't worry about it. The actual tubing is all 304, some of the internal baffling, is apparently a diffeerent grade of stainless. If you look through a Corsa muffler, it's the most amazing design. It's like looking through a perfectly smooth tube without hundreds of perforations or ridges like all the other brands. All they have is one smooth slot at on end of the mufller about 3/8" wide, nothing else. Baffling is all encapsulated, the gases never go through it, simply amazing technology. Absolutely nothing to disturb flow. I've never seen another exhaust with this technology. All others flow into a perforated tube or some sort of baffling which disturbs flow. This is especially amazing since they are so comparably quiet, with no drone.

I remember reading some threads about the corsa's falling apart, they contacted JonB and corsa. Long story short Corsa replaced it under the lifetime warranty. Im not worried

I never heard of anyone having a problem with a Corsa system before me. My situation was probably just a case of bad luck. Corsa might have even warranted it had I sent the exhaust to them. I didn't want to deal with the hassle and with the other mods I've done, the car had become too loud with the Track exhaust anyway (I liked it but my ears where suffering)...I was already planing to cut out the Corsa mufflers and try somting else.

For being almost a straight pipe, I was surprised at how well it muffled the exhaust.

I would recommend the Corsa Track....sounds great, looks great, no drone....it can be a bit loud though.

I've had quite a few S/S exhaust systems on other cars. They all used the standard preforated tube with some sort of packing. Only problems I had was external cracking due to the stainless being brittle, which was no big deal you'd just weld up the crack.

These Corsa RSC mufflers have a lot of metal baffleing inside, which is great technology, but brings about the possibilty of something going wrong inside...like my case. Then the muffler is not easily repaired.

If this has happend to a few people, then maybe there is some sort of issue Corsa needs to look at.
