Decided tp stripe my car. Need width and spacing.

Hey guys, I've decided to stripe my car to tir in with my newly powdercoated wheels. How wide and what's the spacing between them on 3rd gens?

Hey Bat.. How will you do the stripes thru the hood vent with vinyl. I was looking at it and I didnt think the vinyl would lay down properly thru there. I have done some work with vinyl before,so if you have any tricks let me know, otherwise im just going to use my buddies shop and paint them on.

Maybe this will help?
On my coupe, on the rear hatch from the gap(wear the hatch closes) to the first stripe is 16" the stripes themselves are 9" and a gap between them of 4"

I believe the factory is 8" wide with 4" between them.

8 inches in the front to 9 inches in the back --- they are tapered.

There is 4 1/8 inches between the two stripes.

I wonder why they're tapered only slightly. You probably couldn't tell by just looking at them. I'll probably just do 9" all the way across, or 8" across.
