1ast, aahh if your serious, your tach sounds ok to me. the tach will not go down to 0 because it is measuring the RPM (revolutions per minute) of the crankshaft when the engine is running. when engine is at idle 500-700 rpm is ok for a stock engine. when the engine is off there are no rpm,s to measure so 0 is correct.

Well, you'd have one darn nice idle at 0 rpm's...
Should be very quiet.

Not sure why.....but he deleted it??? I am not sure what to do....he never wrote to me.

Seems to me it was a pretty obvious solution to the problem and he just wanted it gone. Who the heck knows?!?!?! :)
