The paint DC uses is PPG and clear coat is separate.

you should buy touch up paint (I think chryser sells this in small containers) for just touching up. This requires no clear. But in my opinion looks like crap. Otherwise if you buy the PPG DBC it will need to be sprayed then clear coated.
